is to assist, guide and educate others who whish to

lives. Private one-on-one fitness training is available
as well as partner or small group training. We cater
to special populations such as Pre & Post-Natal,
Youth, Senior, Sport-Specific and Weight-Loss. Our Cybex
equipment is state of the art and designed to challenge
you to reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.
